how to download a stream with vlc

vlc -vvv "mmsh://stream-1.fortify.com/011410WebinarFortifyonDemandwithWhiteHatIntegration.wmv?MSWMExt=.asf" --sout file/avi:movie.avi --sout-mux-caching=30000

it didn't work with smaller caching!
